The beach house has three floors. The third floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen. The second floor has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen.
The first floor has one bedroom with a bathroom and kitchen. There are also other comfort rooms and showers in that area. Aside from the huts open to visitors, there’s also a treehouse with a bed up for rent.
The beach has no in-house staff as it is only managed by an elderly couple who lives in the bayan.
